HOW THIS WORKS:
• We will digitally illustrate a photo of your pet, then engrave it on a set of 4 high quality wooden coasters. You will receive a mockup prior to order fulfillment. Please approve the mockup within 24hrs. If we do not hear back, the order will automatically get cancelled and refunded. Please note- a design fee of $12 will still be collected.
• After you place your order, please send me your pet's photo(s) + name via Etsy message. **Please send a high-quality photo - the better the quality, the better the outcome. If unsure, please send a few photos and I'll pick one.**
**** Please note- after the portrait is done, I am able to do minor edits only. I am not able to re-create the piece using an entirely different photo than what you initially provided.
