HOW THIS WORKS:

• We will digitally illustrate a photo of your pet, then embroider it on a high quality, durable and versatile canvas tote (100% cotton). You will receive a mockup prior to order fulfillment. 

**** Please note- after the portrait is done, I am able to do minor edits only. I am not able to re-create the piece using an entirely different photo than what you initially provided.

**** Please expect the following from your new, hand-made tote
1. Machine markings around the design. This is normal and is to be expected. The dents will disappear after the first wash.
2. Slight color variations from the mockup to the actual embroidery. No embroidery can mimic the mockup 100%.
3. Possible loose (excess) thread on or around your embroidery. We will try our best to clip the excess thread, but if you notice some loose thread upon receiving your bag, do not fret. It will not ruin your embroidery and you can feel free to clip it gently.
